[LEGAL TEXT — TO BE REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED LAWYER]

Draft terms for review, not a substitute for a signed storage agreement. These terms require Australian legal review before being relied on.

1. Services and agreements

AUport Security Company provides secure storage and asset-protection services, not insurance. Storage starts only after both parties agree in writing on accepted items, location, duration, fees and access arrangements. Website enquiries do not create a storage contract.

2. Ownership and accepted items

Customers must have lawful ownership or authority to store their items and provide accurate descriptions and any necessary handling instructions. Illegal goods, stolen property, explosives and hazardous materials must not be stored. Acceptance of other items requires written approval.

3. Fees and changes

All fees, applicable taxes and any collection, delivery or retrieval charges must be disclosed and agreed before services begin. No unagreed charge is imposed by these draft terms. Changes to an existing agreement require written notice and agreement where required by law.

4. Access and retrieval

Contact info@auportsecurity.org to arrange retrieval or discuss access. Identity and authority may need to be checked before release. Timing and arrangements are agreed individually; the website does not promise immediate access or fixed response times.

5. Management transition

The business is undergoing a management transition due to financial circumstances. Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly to arrange retrieval. Website or service interruptions do not remove customers' statutory rights or alter existing agreements without lawful grounds.

6. Care, loss and insurance

The company must exercise the care required by the applicable agreement and law. No insurance coverage is represented or created by this website. Any insurance arrangement must be separately documented. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees or remedies under Australian law.

7. Cancellation and disputes

Contact the company to discuss cancellation, outstanding fees and return of items under your agreement. No cancellation period, penalty or right to dispose of belongings is created by these draft terms. Raise complaints by email with relevant details; legal rights and access to regulators or courts remain unaffected.

8. Information and privacy

Provide only information needed to handle your enquiry; do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. The company's privacy policy and data-handling procedures require confirmation before online report delivery is enabled.
